Persons of non-Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent are eligible to be members of Ngwala Willumbong Aboriginal Corporation as long as a majority of members is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
In accordance with the Ngwala Rule Book Members can:

To apply to become a member of the Ngwala Willumbong Aboriginal Corporation, a person must submit a written and signed application stating that they;
Wish to become a member of the corporation
Will be an active member of the corporation
Agrees to comply with the Rule Book
Accompanied by the annual fee of $5.00, or such other amount as determined from time to time by an ordinary resolution at a general meeting of the corporation
Directors will consider all membership applications within a reasonable period after it is received and may accept or decline the application by resolution at a Directors’ meeting. The directors may refuse to accept a membership application. If they do so, applicants will be advised about the decision and the reasons for it.
A person does not become a member until their name is entered on the corporation’s register of members.
